By engaging OneVolt Security Services Pvt Ltd for consultancy or tactical deployment, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms represent the definitive agreement between the Client and OneVolt.
OneVolt agrees to provide security services as architected in the specific Service Level Agreement (SLA) signed by both parties. Our services are provided with a commitment to tactical excellence and professional integrity.
Clients must provide accurate information regarding assets, risks, and property access to ensure effective protection. Failure to provide critical intelligence may impact the efficacy of our security frameworks.
OneVolt maintains comprehensive professional liability insurance. While we employ the highest standards of protection, OneVolt is not liable for losses resulting from unforeseen catastrophic events or acts of nature beyond tactical control.
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all operational details, tactical deployments, and strategic intelligence shared during the engagement.
Engagements may be terminated by either party with a specified notice period as outlined in the individual contract, ensuring a safe and structured hand-off of security responsibilities.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
